Gabriel Checco aiming for a knockout at RFA 43 — VIDEO
Sept. 9th will mark the fifth time Gabriel “Zangief” Checco steps into the Resurrection Fighting Alliance cage. The Brazilian native, who trains and lives in Las Vegas, hopes a win can propel him into the UFC.
Known for being a jiu-jitsu ace, Checco wants to show that he has power in his hands. Ahead of this bout, he’s trained with UFC middleweight Uriah Hall who’s known for his flashy striking. Checco is confident that he’ll be able to knockout Adam Stroup when they square off at RFA 43.
RFA 43 will take place on Sept. 9th from Broomfield, Co., and will air on AXS TV.
