Gee complete game powers 51s
Dillon Gee went the distance in his second consecutive start as the 51s beat Tacoma 7-2 in a Pacific Coast League game at Cashman Field on Monday night.
Gee allowed two runs on 10 hits and struck out four to improve to 6-1 on the season. He has won three straight starts and five straight decisions.
Dilson Herrera homered to lead off the game for Las Vegas (61-49). He finished the game 2-for-4 with three RBIs and scored twice. It was his second straight game with a home run.
Matt Reynolds tripled twice for the 51s. Brandon Nimmo had two hits, scored twice and stole a base.
Patrick Kivlehan hit a home run to lead off the ninth inning for the Rainiers (53-57).
