6 Courageous Call – Strong meet continues for Ron Ellis; this filly showed solid improvement in first SoCal start.

2 Dancinginthestreet – Closed well in last and now stretches out today; key vote comes from Rafael Bejarano up.

Long Shot – 5 Mum

Race 3 – 1 1/4 miles, Purse $58,000, Optional claiming $40,000, 4-year-olds and up

6 Seeking the West – More Ron Ellis love as all his stock is running well; tactical speed to sit a nice trip.

5 Footbridge – Switches back to dirt after a good sod effort; has been in the money 4-of-5 main track tries.

Long Shot – 1 Woodmans Luck

Race 4 – 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $23,000, Maiden claiming $30,000, Fillies, 3-year-olds

8 Alice Roadtrain – Peter Miller filly was put on the engine in last and almost lasted; may not be much early speed in here.

1 Betty Bing Bing – Two of her better races have been with the price tag on her; can save all the groung from the rail

Long Shot – 5 New Nature

Race 5 – 1 mile (turf, rail at 15 feet), Purse $35,000, Claiming $32,000, 4-year-olds and up

6 Smart N Dreamy – Second start off the claim by Jerry Hollendorfer; like the rider switch to Rafael Bejarano.

1 Elegant – Returns off a 9-month sabbatical; Doug O’Neill puts her in a claim proof spot, a positive maneuver.

Long Shot – 5 Spiced Latte

Race 6 – 5 furlongs, Purse $20,000, Maiden claiming $20,000, 4-year-olds and up

8 Slight Edge – He is a 6-YO 0-for-17 horse, yet has a big shot; the trainers in this race have combined for 1 win this year.

7 Neurosurgeon – Taking the biggest class drop in racing from MSW to maiden claiming; one of the worst races of the meeting.
