7 Susan B Good – Kent Desormeaux is riding great this meet; any time he has a live mount, like this filly, keep a close eye on him.

6 Three Blondes – 5-of-6 in the money on grass, yet no victories; tactical speed aided by the turf rail out 30 feet.

Long Shot – 5 Cee’s Tizzy Belle

Race 3 – 1 1/8th miles, Purse $48,000, Claiming $32,000, 3-year-olds and up

6 Hurricane Lake – 10-of-11 in the money on synthetics; claimed by Mark Glatt, is well spotted for immediate ROI.

1 Jomelo – Ship and win candidate, running out of them later in the meet; Midwest invader has a solid synthetic resume.

8 Majestic Presence – Typical green debut, slow early, fast late; is bred to get better as the distances get longer.

6 She’s Complete – Irish invader makes her U.S. debut for Doug O’Neill; your edge is check the tote action for clues.

Long Shot – 4 Redshirt

Race 6 – 1 mile, (turf, rail at 30 feet), Purse $77,000, Allowance, Cal-breds, 3-year-olds and up

9 Benba – Anyone following A. C. Avila this meet is doing great; speedy sort will like the turf rail out 30 feet.

6 Cat Meeting – Looked like a test drive in last; second race off a 2-year hiatus, figures to be much tighter tonight.

5 Caracortado – He has won4-of-6 over synthetics, but never started on it at Del Mar; leap of faith he can transfer that good form.

2 Merit Man – Ran like a short horse in last off a year hiatus; Kent Desormeaux and Bob Hess have done little wrong, another chance.

Race 8 – 6 furlongs, Purse $38,000, Maiden claiming $50,000, Cal-breds, 3-year-olds and up

5 Aperfectdaytofly – After a good looking debut at Los Alamitos, is dropped in for a price tag; overcame a bad start with a good finish.

6 Arctic Code – Another taking the biggest class drop in racing from MSW to maiden claiming; has run some good speed figures in the past.
