5 Frisco Kid – Speedball is sight unseen since March; been training lights out at his home track in Arcadia.

2 Street Titan – Makes his first start for Mike Mitchell; could not find a softer spot to earn his diploma.

Long Shot – 6 Fine and Rare

8 Whipstock – Liked his grass route race two back at Del Mar; is bred to love the grass and a distance of ground.

7 Phantom Lover – Utilized his speed well last time; figures to be forwardly placed with the turf rail out 15 feet.

Long Shot – 9 Great Rising Star

Race 4 – 6 furlongs, Purse $19,000, Claiming $12,500, 3-year-olds and up

3 Derive – Won an allowance race last out at Turf Paradise; he is not outclassed running at this price tag.

7 Clue Me In – Tepid chalk in a wide open affair; been very consistent this year at this class level.

Long Shot – 4 Lord Avalon

2 Imperial Pride – First time down the hillside; has an explosive late kick that plays well on this course.

7 King Red – Clearly the speed of the speed in here; will like the turf rail out 15 feet to enhance his speed.

Long Shot – 10 Uncle Greg

Race 6 – 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $15,000, Claiming $8,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

7 Hot Citizen – Sliding down the claiming ladder to this career low price tag; has back races fast enough to win.

9 No Flies On Doodle – Speedball was compromised last time at the start; clean start offers a much better chance.

Long Shot – 2 Capalatte
