4 Basmati – Has done the most on his resume exiting two grade 1 stakes; key is if his confidence is shot down.

Long Shot – 1 Only the Gold
Race 2 – 7 furlongs, Purse $51,000, Allowance, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

Long Shot – 1 Came West
Race 3 – 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $21,000, Claiming $16,000, 3-year-olds
1 Mentidoso – Claimed by Jack Carava off a ship and win win for Vann Belvoir; spotted nicely to win right off the bat.
6 Polly’s Dancer – Expect speedball tactics from the wide out; Mike Pender very quietly has built up a nice barn of horses.
Long Shot – 5 Cut Fastball

7 Dave’s Revenge – Has a ton of back class to mark this as an easier spot; may have to rally into a strong speed bias.

Long Shot – 3 Angel of Mystery
Race 5 – 1 mile, Purse $18,000, Maiden claiming $20,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
1 Warren’s Hopeful – A Jack Van Berg horse favored?; he has more career wins than the other trainers in the race combined.
4 Jolly Green Bean – In the money the last two races for a price tag; this is such a moribund field, he has a big chance.
Long Shot – 3 Divine Krystal
Race 6 – 7 furlongs, Purse $15,000, Claiming $12,500, 3-year-olds and up
7 Bryan Daniel – Has run like a differenc animal since being gelded; won his maiden from difficult post 13.
