Long Shot – 2 The Unusual One

Race 2 – 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $23,000, Maiden claiming $30,000, 3-year-olds

1 Warren’s Hawk – FTS has an edge because none with experience have any talent; P Val figures to send and play catch me.

6 Tribal Wish – Is the only starter to have ever finished in the money; like that he is putting blinkers on, it can only help.

Long Shot – 5 Fine and Rare

Race 3 – 1 1/16th miles, Purse $22,000, Claiming $16,000, 4-year-olds and up

2 Marquet Rebel – Saddle slipped in last costing all chance; Rafael Bejarano remains loyal, leap of faith.

3 Dontmesroundwitjim – Sharp winner in last showed good early speed; flattered when Royal Import won next out.

4 Sassou – With the turf rail out 30 feet, this speedball will take the shortest way home; P Val plays catch me if you can.

1 Quietly Mine – Dead-late closer hasn’t run for a price tag since June; Martin Pedroza must find room in the lane.
