The Pelosi government shutdown?

In response to Michael Ramirez’s Friday editorial cartoon: Before he attributed the shutdown to Nancy Pelosi, perhaps Mr. Ramirez should have checked the tape in which the president says he would be “proud” to accept the mantle of the government shutdown.
