Nevada’s Amazon package and the GOP tax bill

Perhaps next Sunday, Review-Journal columnist Victor Joecks can explain the difference between Nevada’s Amazon tax proposal — which, of course, he skewered — and the GOP tax bill passed last winter. In the grand scheme, I see no difference.
