In response to the recent letter saying that America couldn’t be systemically racist because Barack Obama was elected president: Yes, Mr. Obama was indeed elected to the presidency twice. But that, in and of itself, does not mean that systemic racism is no longer a problem. It is. Look around. Diversify your mindset.
