LETTER: New York orders restaurants and bars to close at 10 p.m.

Can someone tell me how stopping food service after 10 p.m. will help virus control? Do vampires come out after 10? How is it going to make a difference? It’s one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever heard. I’m not joking, I really want to know.
