LETTER: If DMV and other agencies cut hours, are employees furloughed?

Because the DMV and other state agencies are working at half efficiency due to COVID, I hope the half not working are on furlough to save money. Then the laid-off citizens who need money for rent, utilities, food can get more funding from the savings.
