Paws 4 Love
Asher and Dodger are 3-month-old male ginger tabbies. These little brothers are looking for their new home/family. They love to play, and eating is their favorite pastime. These little guys were saved with their mom and siblings from the shelter. They have been tested (negative), vaccinated, neutered and microchipped. You can see them on Saturdays at PetSmart, 531 N. Stephanie St., Henderson.

Rex is a healthy, happy, friendly and calm 2-year-old Blue Nose mix looking for a forever home. He’s a very mellow boy who’s good with kids and other dogs, house-trained with doggy door, crate-trained, fully vaccinated, neutered and microchipped. Rex is a big, snuggly boy who is very well-mannered.

Arizona Charlie’s Boulder employee and American Casino & Entertainment Properties Volunteer of the Year Andrea Dempsey, left, presents a plaque of recognition to Beckley Elementary School teacher Michelle Jones, who was honored during ACEP’s Community Connections recognition dinner on Oct. 15. The Community Connections program donated $5,000 to Beckley Elementary School through the Public Education Foundation. Brady Industries presented the school with a $500 certificate for cleaning supplies, and OfficeMax gave the school discount cards for supplies.
