Assembly Speaker Barbara Buckley, D-Las Vegas, was referring to three relatively minor bills that were the last to pass in the Assembly when she was quoted in Tuesday’s Review-Journal saying: “The last three bills may be challenged, but in the end, who cares.”
The state Senate was considering a bill on National Guard bonuses as the legislative deadline of 1 a.m. Tuesday approached.
