Motorcyclist dies in Henderson crash
High speed and reckless driving appear to have caused a motorcycle crash that killed a 23-year-old man in Henderson Friday night, police said.
At 5:45 p.m., the man was riding a Kawasaki east on Sunset Road near Boulder Highway, Henderson police said.
The motorcyclist missed a curve, hit a center median, lost control, was thrown from the bike and hit a light pole. He died at the scene.
The road was closed for about three hours while police investigated, police said.
The Clark County coroner’s office will release the man’s identity.
