Explained to my ten-year old son I was going to the memorial for victims. Told him he could send something with, to comfort families and those grieving if he wanted. He instantly grabbed his markers & got to work. He wrote this message all on his own, and sent a teddy bear to go along. It’s terribly sad, yet also inspiring. Him & other children are a beacon of light, hope & love in the face of tragedy. Photo submitted by Danielle Andersen.
