Police Department hosts employment workshop today
The Metropolitan Police Department’s African-American Recruitment Council is hosting a free employment workshop at 1 p.m. today .
The workshop — called “What the heck are you looking for?” — will focus on resumes, applications and interviews. It is a general job preparation workshop and not a recruitment event for the Police Department.
The workshop is open to the public and will be held at Living Faith Assembly, 4560 E. Charleston Blvd. For more information, call 204-8592.
