Motorcycle-SUV crash slows traffic on Flamingo near Rainbow
A crash Thursday afternoon involving a motorcyclist and SUV temporarily shut down a portion of eastbound Flamingo Road in the Spring Valley area.
The crash occurred just before 1 p.m. on Flamingo, east of South Rainbow Boulevard, according to Las Vegas police spokeswoman Alejandra Zambrano. The motorcyclist, who police do not believe was impaired, was taken to University Medical Center and was expected to survive, she said.
Zambrano did not have further details.
