n “A Stitch in Time —- An Eclectic Collection of Fashions Past” is planned for Thursday at The Patio at Bar+Bistro @ The Arts Factory, 107 E. Charleston Blvd. Mixing and mingling begin at

n The Asian Harvest Moon Festival is scheduled from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday at the Springs Preserve, 333 S. n Las Vegas artist-donated pieces are set to be on display at “We Will Survive,” a benefit show scheduled to run Saturday through Nov. 9 at the Marjorie Barrick Museum at UNLV, 4505 S. Maryland Parkway. The museum plans to host a “sneak peek” reception from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. Art is to be sold via silent auction during a closing reception set for Nov. 9.
