Jarell and Jarid Price of Las Vegas achieved All-American status at the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics national wrestling championships in Des Moines, Iowa.
Former Nevada state champion Jarell and his brother Jarid battled for three days against competition from across the nation.
Jarell finished fifth at 149 pounds, and Jarid took eighth place at 184 pounds, earning them All-American status.
Both wrestled for Las Vegas High School.
This is the second All-American honor for Jarell. He plans to graduate with a record of more than 131 wins against NAIA Division I and II opponents.

Morgan Goldstein of Las Vegas came from behind to claim a victory in the Girls 10 division at the U.S. Kids Golf Desert Shootout. She overcame a three-stroke deficit with a strong final round.
The Girls 10 age group played two 18-hole rounds from 4,200 yards on the Patriot Course in Litchfield Park, Ariz.
Morgan had four bogeys in her first six holes but steadied herself with two birdies on the back nine. She came in at 8-over-par 80, three strokes behind the first-round leader.
Matthew Perlongo, 19, has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio.
A 2010 graduate of Arbor View High School, Perlongo is the son of Matthew and Luzviminda Perlongo of Las Vegas.
Steven Merkes graduated from Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio on Jan. 26.
A 2007 graduate of Centennial High School, Merkes is now a student in technical training school.
Merkes is the son of Steven and Maria Merkes, brother of Shimon Merkes, all of Las Vegas; and great-grandson of Myrtle Norton of Gridley, Calif.
Vershima Blomquist has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio.
Blomquist earned distinction as an honor graduate.
A 2007 graduate of Las Vegas High School, Blomquist is the son of Linda Blomquist of Las Vegas.
Marc Willer has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio.
A 2010 graduate of Green Valley High School, Willer is the son of Phillip Willer of Henderson.
Marina Herrera of Henderson has been named to the dean’s list for the fall 2011 semester at Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, Calif. She is a political science major.
