EXECUTIVE SWEETS OFFERS CHOCOLATE TREATS
Executive Sweets, operating inside The Cookie Bouquet at 5643 W. Charleston Blvd., Suite 11, offers a variety of hand-dipped chocolates and confections, including chocolate-covered potato chips and pretzels, chocolate-covered strawberries and assorted candies. CELEBRATE MARDI GRAS WITH BRUNCH AT SILVERTON
The Seasons Buffet at the Silverton, 3333 Blue Diamond Road, plans to mark Mardi Gras Saturday, Sunday and Feb. 21 with a special Mardi Gras Brunch from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The menu will feature shrimp cocktail and snow crab legs from the chilled seafood section and stuffed crab, crawfish boil and shrimp etouffee in the hot seafood section. Other entrees will be jambalaya, spicy shrimp, chicken and asparagus, roasted turkey breast and country fried steak. The carving station will have brown sugar-glazed ham, crusted roast beef and juniper maple smoke salmon.
The cost is $24.99 per person or $22.99 with a Silverton Rewards card. The Mardi Gras Bar will be open for $5 all-you-can-drink hurricanes (guests get to keep the glass). Bottomless champagne will be an additional $3.
KUNG FU PLAZA SERVING WINES FROM ELVIS PRESLEY WINE CELLARS
Kung Fu Plaza, 3505 S. Valley View Blvd., is now offering a selection of wines from Elvis Presley Wine Cellars.

THREE SQUARE FOOD BANK TO BENEFIT FROM RESTAURANT WEEK
Restaurant Week is returning earlier than usual this year, as Three Square food bank has added a spring edition of the culinary event.
Restaurant Week is scheduled from Feb. 27 to March 4 at participating restaurants across the Las Vegas Valley, which will offer prix fixe menus for $20.12, $30.12 or $50.12 to benefit Three Square in fighting hunger in Southern Nevada.

Project Dinner Table has released its event schedule for 2012.
Dinners are scheduled for the following Saturdays: April 14, May 19, June 30, Sept. 8, Oct. 13 and Nov. 11. Dates are subject to change.
The dinners are served family-style at a long, white linen-draped table and feature cuisine by local chefs and growers made from sustainable sources. Each event also benefits a local charity.
