31-year-old driver involved in Las Vegas accident sought
Authorities are asking the public’s help in finding a woman involved in a fatal three-car accident early Tuesday.
Nevada Highway Patrol troopers said Natalie Dawn Dubuisson, 31, slammed into two vehicles on Interstate 15 south of State Route 160 about 2 a.m., killing one person.
Dubuisson of Las Vegas was driving a silver Mercedes in the southbound lanes when she rear-ended a GMC pickup, sending it rolling off the road, trooper Joseph Fackrell said. She then rear-ended a Mitsubishi Montero sending that vehicle rolling off the road, Fackrell said.
The Montero’s female driver was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle. She was pronounced dead at University Medical Center. Her name has not been released.
Dubuisson fled the scene on foot and is missing. Troopers believe she might be injured.
“There was a lot of damage to the vehicle,” Fackrell said. “We figure at least she had to have been injured.”
Records show Dubuisson was arrested in June on charges of possession of cocaine, burglary, theft and extortion. The status of those cases wasn’t available.
Anyone with information on Dubuisson’s whereabouts is urged to contact state troopers at 702-432-5296 or Crime Stoppers at 702-385-5555.
