Pardee’s Alterra features homes for multigenerational households
A recently released Pew Research Center report found that a record percentage of the nation’s young adults ages 18-34 were living in their parents’ home in 2014. Pew Research Center tabulations indicated that in 2014, more than 40 percent of men and more than 36 percent of women ages 18-34 resided with family, primarily in the home of mom, dad or both.

The Residence Four is priced from $424,990.
Pardee Homes’ GenSmart Suite option is offered in the Residence Three at Alterra. The floor plan design provides a private living area to accommodate multiple generations that may be living together under one roof. The home measures 4,165 square feet with five bedrooms, 4½ baths, den, loft, two-car garage plus a one-car garage and is priced from $501,950.
For those in need of multiple bedrooms, Alterra Residence Two can be built with as many as six bedrooms and 4½ baths. Measuring 3,723 square feet with four bedrooms, four baths, three-car garage, den, loft and game room, spacious kitchen with adjoining great room and casual dining area in its standard configuration, the home is priced from $475,950.
