Pardee Homes’ Escala and Contemporary Farmhouse recognized with Gold Awards at The Nationals

Pardee Homes’ Contemporary Farmhouse and Mid-Century Modern Escala Plan 2-D received Gold Awards at The National Sales &Marketing Awards. Sponsored by the National Association of Home Builders’ National Sales and Marketing Council, the awards were presented at the 2017 NAHB International Builders’ Show in Orlando, Florida, earlier this month.

The innovative Contemporary Farmhouse received a Gold Award for Best Architectural Design of a One-of-a-Kind Home under 5,000 square feet. Built for the 2016 International Builders’ Show and designed specifically based on insights from millennials, the Contemporary Farmhouse continues to influence Pardee’s new home designs in the Las Vegas market.

For example, a Modern Farmhouse design that is inspired by the award-winning Contemporary Farmhouse is featured at the builder’s Keystone neighborhood in the Skye Canyon master-planned community in northwest Las Vegas and will debut in Henderson’s Inspirada master-planned community in February with the grand opening of Pardee’s Strada neighborhood.

The Mid-Century Modern Escala Plan 2D received a Gold Award for Best Interior Merchandising of a Model 3,001 to 3,500 square feet. The new home design features standard sloped ceilings, clerestory windows and a three-bay garage that measures 3,063 square feet, and offers three bedrooms, 2½ baths, a modern open kitchen, dining area, great room and game room that all connect to the outdoor living area via 15-foot-wide stacking doors.

Designed by Bassenian Lagoni Architects with millennial designer Bobby Berk of Bobby Berk Interiors + Design as creative director, the Contemporary Farmhouse and Escala Plan 2 continue to influence new-home designs from Pardee Homes in the Las Vegas market.
