Century Communities to open Inspirada neighborhood
On June 11, Century Communities will celebrate the grand opening of its Sestina neighborhood in Inspirada, a Henderson master-planned community. Home shoppers will be able to preview six new model homes and enjoy Sestina’s grand opening festivities.
“Sestina will offer two collections of homes that include up to six bedrooms, up to 4½ baths and up to three-car garages,” said Melissa Fama-Flis, marketing manager for Century Communities. “Floor plans range in size from 1,786 to 3,528 square feet, which gives you lots of options to suit your family and lifestyle.”
Series One at Sestina offers two-story floor plans in Craftsman, Prairie, Contemporary and American Traditional designs. Three plans range in size from 1,786 to 2,149 square feet with up to four bedrooms, up to three baths, upper-level laundry rooms and two-car garages. “Their stylish exteriors are balanced by their delicate interior charm,” Fama-Flis said. “And Century Communities’ standard gourmet kitchens are centerpieces for gatherings with family and friends.”
All Century Communities homes in Southern Nevada are built with gourmet kitchens that include granite countertops, large gourmet cooking islands, maple cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. “Our kitchens are one of many standard features we offer that are only shown as upgrades in other communities,” Fama-Flis said.
Fama-Flis said Sestina 2149 in this series is expected to be a top-seller. “It includes an upper level loft and options for a main-level bedroom and a luxury shower in the owner’s bath,” she said.
Series 2 at Sestina at Inspirada offers four single- and two-story plans ranging from 2,169 to 3,528 square feet. The homes include up to six bedrooms, up to 4½baths, up to three-car garages and standard covered patios.
“These are the latest designs in our modern collection of homes throughout Southern Nevada,” Fama-Flis said. “They maximize flexibility and include covered patios with pavers that match all of the paver driveways and walkways that are standard with our homes.”
Series 2 maximizes offers features including multigenerational suites and multi-slide glass walls.
“All of the homes in Series 2 at Sestina include our signature valet and multiple options for personalization,” Fama-Flis said. “We listen to our homebuyers and know that optional first-floor bedrooms, multigenerational suites and casitas, and indoor-outdoor living options are important to them. In this series, you can select the features you really want in your home without compromising space or style.”
