View the city from atop the Stratosphere

Get a bird’s-eye view of the lights of Las Vegas from atop the tallest structure in Nevada — the Stratosphere Tower, 2000 Las Vegas Blvd. South.

The 1,149-foot tower is the tallest free-standing observation structure in the United States and the second tallest in the Western Hemisphere, surpassed only by the CN Tower in Canada.

In addition to two observation decks, the tower features the Top of the World restaurant and four thrill rides including the Big Shot, Insanity, SkyJump and X-Scream. SkyJump, the latest addition, enables riders to plummet 855 feet attached to a high-speed descent wire.

The tower and all four thrill rides are open from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. Sundays through Thursdays and until 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Admission to the tower is $16; $12 for Nevada residents and senior citizens; $10 for children. Rides are $13 for the Big Shot; $12 for Insanity or X-Scream and $109.99 ($80.99 for locals) for SkyJump.
