Latin celebration set for Sept. 8
Rick Arroyo and the Latin Percussion Ensemble will perform in “On Fire in the Desert,” a pre-Mexican Independence Day celebration, from 2 to 4 p.m. Sept. 8 at the West Las Vegas Arts Center, 947 W. Lake Mead Blvd.
The band will be joined by special guest dancers Latin Fashions.
