Buckle up for Black Rebel Motorcycle Club
One of the tunes on their latest disc is titled “War Machine,” and that’s a fitting encapsulation of the Black Rebel Motorcycle Club’s “Beat the Devil’s Tattoo.”
Hard-edged and hellbent but also soulful and more than a little stoned-sounding, the band’s most recent release is a release indeed: of energy, anxiety and lots of guitar turbulence.
Better buckle up then, when the band’s in town at 10 p.m. and 12 a.m. Tuesday and Wednesday at Book & Stage at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, 3708 Las Vegas Blvd. South. The shows are free; call 698-7000.
