A flaky pie crust is filled with pecans, orange zest, bourbon, cinnamon and nutmeg (chocolate chips optional!), $5.25 for a 4-inch pie, $28 for an 11-inch pie.

Four Roses Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey, Cocchi Vermouth di Torino and Angostura Bitters combine to make a beverage with ripe fruit, plum, cherry, caramel and spice notes, $17.

Pork belly and country grits

Pork belly is braised with bourbon, apple juice and apple cider vinegar for five hours, pan-seared until crispy and served on a bed of white grits with white Vermont cheddar, $9.95.

Vegan cheesecake

Wild, The Ogden

A nondairy New York-style cheesecake in a graham-cracker crust is served with coconut cream and bourbon caramel sauce, $6.

Baker’s 107 Proof Bourbon, plus orange marmalade, maple syrup and a piece of bacon, is designed to hit the spot for both bourbon and bacon lovers, $14.
