Las Vegas restaurants plan takeout, delivery service for Easter

The coronavirus pandemic has shuttered local restaurants but won’t cancel Easter dinner, as a number of Las Vegas-area restaurants are planning takeout and delivery packages. (This list is updated as information becomes available.)

April 9

The California Pizza Kitchens at Town Square and Downtown Summerlin are offering Spring Meal Kits through Sunday. All kits include an 8-ounce spinach and artichoke dip appetizer with a sourdough baguette, a Caesar salad, 12 ounces of raw fingerling potatoes with oil for cooking and one butter cake or Celebration Butter Cake with a scoop of ice cream. Entree choices are salmon, $45 to serve two or $80 to serve four; chicken breasts, $40 to serve two or $70 to serve four; and 12-ounce ribeyes, $65 to serve two or $120 to serve four. Wolfgang Puck Players Locker in Downtown Summerlin is offering an Easter menu that begins with an endive and arugula salad with spring peas and goat cheese and moves on to a choice of bourbon-brown-sugar-glazed ham or mustard-herb-crusted roasted lamb, potatoes au gratin, honey-glazed carrots and sugar snap peas and rosemary and sea salt foccia, with a choice or carrot cake or strawbery shortcake for dessert. Maggiano’s Little Italy at Fashion Show mall and Downtown Summerlin is offering an Easter bundle to heat in the oven. It serves four to six and will be available for pickup from Friday through Sunday. On the menu: mini meatballs in marinara sauce, Caesar salad, Mom’s Lasagna, four-cheese ravioli, chicken piccata, spaghetti aglio olio, garlic broccoli, ciabatta rolls and tiramisu, $120. maggianos.com

Outback Steakhouse, which has five locations in Southern Nevada, is bringing back off-menu favorites Thursday through Sunday, each of which comes with two sides: 9-ounce Victoria’s Filet & Ribs, $38.98; 6-ounce Victoria’s Filet & Ribs, $33.98; 11-ounce center-cut sirloin and ribs, $30.48; 9-ounce center-cut sirloin and ribs, $27.48; 6-ounce center-cut sirloin and ribs, $22.98; or two steamed cold-water lobster tails, $29.49. Bahama Breeze at 375 Hughes Center Drive is offering Caribbean Easter Bundles to serve four for no-contact curbside pickup or delivery (with minimum order). Each comes with entree, side, salad and Cuban bread, with instructions for finishing at home. Entrees are jerk chicken pasta, $49.99; seafood paella, $54.99; or baby back ribs, $49.99. The two Easter dinner options at Brio at Town Square both serve six for $79.99 and they’re available hot and ready to eat or chilled. The pork chop dinner includes mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, chopped salad and sourdough bread, while the lasagna dinner includes chopped salad, sourdough bread and six pieces of tiramisu. The Capital Grille at Fashion Show mall is offering an Easter dinner that starts with a field greens salad with Parmesan vinaigrette and French rolls and moves on to whole rack of bone-in filet with sauteed mushrooms and horseradish cream, grilled asparagus with lemon mosto olive oil and Sam’s mashed potatoes, with apple crostata for dessert, $95 to serve two, $185 to serve four to six. The brunch will be available for pickup from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., serves four for $130 and includes Easter monkey bread with bourbon caramel sauce, Greek yogurt parfaits with fresh berries, crispy potatoes with onions and herbs, corn-flake-crusted French toast with fresh strawberries and vanilla whipped cream and the Weekend Frittata with chicken-apple sausage, spinach, potatoes and roasted tomatoes. The dinner package, which will be available from 4 to 7 p.m., serves four for $145 (brown-sugar-baked ham with mustard glaze) or $160 (slow-roasted New York strip with horseradish cream) and also includes dinner rolls with honey butter, Gilcrease Asparagus Salad with field greens and sugar snap peas, roasted heirloom carrots with rosemary and hot honey, crushed fingerling potatoes with applewood-smoked bacon and Parmesan, and caramel-banana bread pudding with whipped cream. Big B’s Texas BBQ’s Family Easter Dinner, which serves six, includes a whole smoked chicken, 2- to 3-pound full tri-tip, a quart of mashed potatoes, a quart of sauteed green beans, a whole pie, dinner rolls, sauces, plates and utensils. Bootlegger Bistro, 7700 Las Vegas Blvd. South, plans a family-style Easter dinner for four with panetti and dipping sauce; house or Caesar salad; sauteed mixed vegetables; Bootlegger Mashed potatoes, bow tie pasta with Alfredo sauce or penne pasta with Maria’s Marinara Sauce; chicken breast marsala, picatta, Milanese or cacciatore; and apple pie. Bonefish Grill’s Easter Dinner Family Bundles will be available Saturday and Sunday, serving up to five for $49.90. The wood-grilled mahi-mahi and jumbo shrimp with citrus aioli comes with a choice of house or Caesar salad, family-style sides including bacon mac and cheese and seasonal veggies, bread with pesto and a dessert duo of classic cheesecake slices and cookies.
