How to make Spago’s Out on the Tiles cocktail
A little bitter, a little sweet, with a lot of tequila kick — an Out on the Tiles is a perfect way to enjoy the Bellagio fountains while relaxing out on the patio of the brand-new Spago location.
Ingredients
■ 1 ounce Chamucos silver tequila
■ 1 ounce Aperol
■ 1/2 ounce hibiscus syrup
■ 1/4 ounce lime juice
■ 1/4 ounce grapefruit juice
Garnish
■ Candied hibiscus flower
Directions
Combine ingredients. Shake with ice. Strain into glass without ice. Garnish with hibiscus flower.
