The Pearl at The Palms turns 10 with A Perfect Circle
Thursday marks the 10th anniversary of The Pearl Concert Theater at The Palms. The 2,500-seat showroom with 18 private boxes was the creation of original Palms owner George Maloof and was voted Best Concert Venue in The Las Vegas Review-Journal’s Best of Las Vegas Awards.
The Pearl has played host to everybody from Ringo Starr to Maroon 5 and Bill Maher, as well as hot country star Chris Stapleton last Thursday. Other VIPs have included Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars in their first Las Vegas appearances, along with Journey joined by Carlos Santana.
A Perfect Circle performs Thursday for the decade-long celebration, as well as Friday and Saturday. Back in April 2007, a newcomer by the name of Gwen Stefani kicked off her “Sweet Escape Tour” there to open the venue.
