“Taj Express” roars into The Smith Center for the Performing Arts with the sounds and colors of India.

Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appetit begins with a prosecco sabering at The Venetian forecourt by the annual food-and-wine festival chefs. The Master Series dinners feature Guy Savoy, Michael Chow, Greg and Marc Sherry, Rao’s 10th anniversary and Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken at Caesars. The three-kitchen tasting at Sugar Cane Raw Bar and Grill at The Venetian stars chef Timon Balloo.
The World’s Greatest Rock Show residency premieres at The Stratosphere.

Friday, April 28
Wolf celebrates the 25th anniversary of Spago. I join Caesars President Gary Selesner for a culinary journey around the world at Bacchanal Buffet based on our travels. Jose Andres creates a Spanish lunch at Jaleo at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas; steps away Scott Conant leads a pasta-making course at DOCG; and there’s a potbelly brunch with John Kunkel at Yardbird at The Venetian.
As the sun sets, Vegas Uncork’d Grand Tasting revs up around Garden of the Gods pool at Caesars with more than 100 chefs serving taste treats.
Brett Eldredge is at Park Theater at Monte Carlo.

The afternoon features a picnic at The Park with Alain Ducasse, Charlie Palmer, Michael Mina, Julian Serrano, Tom Colicchio, Shawn McClain, Rick Moonen, Roy Ellamar, Akira Back and David Werly. The evening’s highlight is chef Gordon Ramsay re-creating “Hell’s Kitchen.”
It all ends with “Cake Boss” Buddy Valastro’s “Sweet Escape of Beignets and Bonbons” at Buddy V’s Ristorante at The Palazzo, after which he’ll host a farewell party at The Dorsey at The Venetian.
And actor and singer Erich Bergen (“Jersey Boys,” “Madame Secretary”) hosts The Heart of Education Awards at The Smith Center and performs with his band April 30 and May 1.
