Mexican chorizo? Easy to find at just about any supermarket in town. Spanish cured chorizo? Not so much. But readers have local sources for Karen Clark.

Eastern Ave., Kristin Sande of Valley Cheese & Wine at 1770 W. Horizon Ridge Parkway in Henderson said her store carries it, Ron Lutz of The Butcher Block at 7625 S. Rainbow Blvd. said he carries it and Tony Wade recommended www.LaTienda.com (or call 888-331-4362), adding that the site periodically offers free shipping. …
