Celebrate National Margarita Day
Here’s another holiday you didn’t know about — but why not celebrate? National Margarita Day is Saturday; the following restaurants are offering deals:
Chayo at The Linq, 3545 Las Vegas Blvd. South, will have two-for-one specials on margaritas on Saturday.
Tacos and Tequila at the Luxor, 3900 Las Vegas Blvd. South, will have two-for-one Top Shelf margaritas from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday (and $5 Fiesta Nachos all day Monday, which is National Tortilla Chip Day).
The Salted Lime at Aliante, 7300 N. Aliante Parkway in North Las Vegas, will charge $2.22 for all margaritas from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday.
Cabo Wabo Cantina will offer margaritas including mango picante, margarita verde, strawberry, Cabo Wabo sangarita, cocorita and waborita starting at $10 on Saturday.
And Cantina Laredo at Tivoli Village, 430 S. Rampart Blvd., will offer its Tres Amigos Casa Rita for $7 Saturday and Sunday. It’s normally $12.25. …
Lovers of Santa Maria-style barbecue can get their fix during the annual Drive Thru BBQ on March 1 in the parking lot at Faith Lutheran Middle/High School, 2015 S. Hualapai Way. Tickets are $60 for a package that feeds four and includes tri-tip, ranch-style beans, garlic bread, salsa and salad; $125 Gold Ticket packages also include a bottle of win. A beer-pairing dinner featuring the brews of Lagunitas Brewing Co., Angry Orchard, Rogue Ales and Stone Brewing Co. is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Tbones Chophouse &Lounge at Red Rock Resort, 11011 W.
