Man stabbed in chest found on central Las Vegas street
A man was critically injured in a stabbing Wednesday morning in the central valley, Las Vegas police said.
A driver found a man with a stab wound to his chest at about 4:20 a.m. in the middle of Arville Street, located in the 13th block of the street and a block north of West Desert Inn Road, said Lt. Allen Larsen of the Metropolitan Police Department.
He was hospitalized in critical condition at University Medical Center, Metro spokeswoman Alejandra Zambrano said.
Larsen said the motive for the stabbing was unknown, but the 46-year-old man knew the name of his attacker.
No arrests had been made as of 2 p.m., and detectives were investigating.
