1 shot at northwest valley apartment complex

Las Vegas police and medics responded just after 8:30 p.m. to the 6500 W. Charleston Boulevard complex, near Rainbow Boulevard, where at least one person was found shot, Metropolitan Police Department Lt. David Gordon said.

The person was taken to University Medical Center’s trauma unit, but the extent of that person’s injuries were unclear as of 9 p.m.
