Las Vegas police have identified the officers who fatally shot a man Friday after he allegedly killed his wife hours earlier in the south valley.
Las Vegas police said the 42-year-old man was working on a Dodge Ram pickup truck outside his mobile home on the 1200 block of Lamb Boulevard when someone came up and shot him several times at close range.
After waiting more than two decades for an arrest in her older sister’s killing, Marie Ann Iverson Coker’s first instinct was to look up the suspect’s social media accounts. “I have waited almost 21 years. I needed to see the last person she saw,” Coker said.

Jovanni Grimes was fatally shot about 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Lewis Family Park, near East Charleston Boulevard and Tree Line Drive. The Clark County coroner’s office on Monday ruled his death a homicide.
Carlos Anton Pashaca-Rodriguez, 21, died of multiple gunshot wounds to his head and multiple stab and incise wounds, according to the Clark County coroner’s office. His death was ruled a homicide.

Jeffrey Robinson, 62, was shot late on Jan. 4 in the parking lot of a residential area on the 6200 block of Ilanos Lane after arguing with another man over a parking spot. The suspected shooter used a shotgun, police said.
