Exotic Destination Development, a Las Vegas based gaming management company, launched at 11998 White Hills St. Principals are Adam Mizzi, president; William Schierberl, general counsel; Jim Neal, project manager; Mark Pazargad, corporate vice president real estate; Paul Henry, corporate vice president business development and Catherine Crossley, senior vice president of administration/government affairs.
