The Review-Journal’s front page on Dec. 3, 1978, includes an article by Jack Breger about Anthony Spilotro being added to Nevada’s “List of Excluded Persons” who are prohibited from setting foot in Nevada casinos. Oscar Goodman, Spilotro’s then-attorney, is quoted calling the action “un-American.”
