Station Casinos apologizes for incorrect free-play offers
If you received a promotional mailer from Station Casinos LLC with four separate offers of $250 in free slot play, you’re out of luck. The mailers were printed incorrectly and were supposed to be four offers of $5 in free play.
“We are writing you to inform you of a computer glitch in our printing process of a mailers that was sent to you recently,” the company said in a letter to Boarding Pass members. “The mailer included 4 offers of free slot play. These offers were supposed to be for $5 each.
“However, the glitch accidentally printed them as $250,” the letter said.
According to Station Casinos, less than 1 percent of its total database of Boarding Pass players club members were sent the incorrect offer. The company said it would correct “these offers and make them for $5.”
