Buffet at Bellagio adds caviar station

The Buffet at Bellagio, 3600 Las Vegas Blvd. South, now includes a caviar station during its Gourmet Dinner service from 3:30 to 10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. It’s included in the price of $37.99. …

A winemaker dinner scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Spiedini at the JW Marriott, 221 N. Rancho Drive, will feature wines by Massimo Prestige Vineyards and an entree of churrasco steak with chimichurri sauce. The four-course dinner is $69, plus tax and tip. Call 869-8500. …

Beers by San Diego’s Ballast Point Brewing will be featured in a dinner Tuesday at Amigo’s at the Fiesta Henderson, 777 W. Lake Mead Parkway. The four-course dinner with an entree of Tacos de Pescado is $30 per person, plus tax and tip, and seatings are available from 4 to 7 p.m. Call 558-7000.

The Fiesta Henderson also has announced the opening of Cafe Fiesta, a 24/7 restaurant with no single item priced at more than $9.99. Menu items include Banana Bread French Toast, Cheeseburger Benedict, Vegas Shrimp Cocktail and mahi mahi with warm tomato chutney. …

Wines by Pine Ridge Vineyards in the Napa Valley will be featured in a dinner at 6:30 p.m. March 29 at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, 8721 W. Charleston Blvd. With an entree of espresso-rubbed filet with mint chimichurri, the four-course dinner is $85, plus tax and tip. Call 838-4774.

Fleming’s also is offering a $37.95 filet and lobster combination through April 7. …

Former “The Next Food Network Star” contestant Vic “Vegas” Moea has opened Vic’s at Anthem Country Club, 1 Club Side Drive, Henderson. Serving such dishes at Meatloaf Spring Rolls, Pastrami Knish Sliders, watermelon and mozzarella salad, a Caramel Apple Pork Chop and a braised short rib, it’s open from 4 to 10 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays and 4 to 11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
