Nevada’s spike in COVID-19 cases have caused southern Nevada’s hospitals to reach 90 percent capacity and the state’s rate of COVID-19 hospitalization’s per capita to reach the highest in the nation. Hospitalized patients have risen 12.2 percent from last week.
