Motorcyclist critical after crash in northeast Las Vegas
A motorcyclist was critically injured Tuesday morning after a crash with another vehicle, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.
The crash happened about 7:25 a.m. in the northbound lanes of Lamb Boulevard at the 215 Beltway after one of the drivers ran a red light. The motorcyclist, who police said is a man in his 30s, was taken to University Medical Center in critical condition.
As of 3:30 p.m., Highway Patrol spokesman Travis Smacka said it unclear who was at fault, but that the driver of the other vehicle remained at the scene after the crash.

The investigation is ongoing, Smacka said.
